Shipping & Returns
- We start packing right away upon receiving your order. Next, the package is handed over the PostNL, which takes care of the shipment. You will receive an email with a track and trace code enabling you to follow your order to your doorstep.
- We always thrive for the fastest delivery of our goods. In general, orders from within the Netherlands placed before 4pm will be delivered the next business day (with exception of Sundays). Delivery outside the Netherlands typically takes 2-5 business days.

Item not what you expected? You can always return your purchase within 14 days,with exception of sale items. Sale items can't be returned. Please fill in the returnform and e-mail this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
