Ra Neira
Grape: Nebbiolo
Jaar: 2018
Ra Neira is an intentionally downgraded red wine, obtained only from Nebbiolo grapes from the Vicario vineyard - planted in 2013 - with average yields of around 50 q / ha. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in old wooden barrels or concrete tanks, with the exclusive use of wild yeasts, and prolonged maceration. It then matures for 18 months, or more, in old wood. Ra Neira is the voice of the Carpenetese dialect of the second half of the 19th century, and means “the night”.
