This wine is not too deep cherry red, with ruby-red nuances. Intense and intriguing on the nose with notes of wild rose, strawberry tree, plum and raspberry. Light and racy on the palate, fruity on the finish leaving an acid and savoury sensation.
The Bruna company is, not registered, a organic wine maker since 10 years. Since last year they are in the track to receive an registered organic stamp. After producing wine organicly for more then three years, the farmer will receive this organic quality stamp.
The harvest time is mid september. All grapes are being hand picked from the vines, most of them our more then 50 years old. Skin-contact maceration for six days. Fermentation and ageing exclusively in steel, where the malolactic fermentation is carried out. Available from the first spring subsequent to harvest.
